This policy explains what information Pathway collects, why, who it is shared with, and your choices. It applies to our website, your Pathway account, and our calls and messages.
We do not collect financial documents. Bank statements, affidavits of support and other proof of funds go from you or your sponsor directly to the university and the embassy or immigration authority. If you show one on a call so we can check it is the right kind, that call is not recorded and no copy is kept.
Only to deliver our advising: to assess your profile, build your school list, coach your applications, keep you and your family updated, take payment, and keep the records the law requires. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
If you sign up for tips by email, we send them only to you, every email has an unsubscribe link, and we delete your address on request.
Calls are recorded by default for quality, coaching and record-keeping. Recordings are visible to our advisory team, to you, and to a sponsor for calls they attended, and are deleted after 12 months. You can ask for recording to be turned off before a call begins.
Some webinars are recorded; when one is, its sign-up page says so. Recordings may be shared with people who signed up for 30 days and are then deleted.
We may use an AI service to read documents you upload (such as test reports, results and transcripts) and to draft updates to your profile. A member of our team reviews every AI-drafted item before it is used, and no admission or advisory decision is made by AI alone.
Your information is stored with reputable cloud providers, mainly in the United States, with security measures appropriate to its sensitivity. By using Pathway you agree to this transfer and storage.
For as long as we work with you. When the engagement ends, you can ask us to delete your personal data and we will do so within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal, accounting or dispute purposes. Call recordings are deleted after 12 months in any case.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it, under applicable data protection law, including Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). Contact us using the details below and we will reply within 30 days.
We use cookies only to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Students under 18 use Pathway with a parent or guardian, who also accepts our engagement agreement.
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and tell clients about significant changes.
