Refund policy

This policy explains when a payment to Pathway can be refunded. For package clients it summarises section 6 of the engagement agreement, which applies if anything here differs.

Packages

• Onboarding fee: non-refundable once your intake review has been delivered.
• Instalments for work not yet started: refunded in full if you withdraw in writing before that work begins.
• An instalment whose work has started: not refunded in cash. If you withdraw in writing during it, the unused part is kept as a credit toward a future intake, valid for 24 months from the date you withdraw and transferable once to an immediate family member.

Consultations and one-off services

Your first consultation is free. A paid follow-up consultation, and one-off services such as a strategy session, are non-refundable once paid. You can reschedule once, free of charge, if you tell us at least 24 hours before the session. If we have to cancel a session, we will rebook it at a time that suits you.

Not refundable

• Third-party costs such as application, test, credential evaluation, visa and study permit fees, and courier costs, which are paid by you.
• Any payment, when the engagement ends because of forged documents, misrepresentation, plagiarism or the other conduct listed in our terms.

How to ask for a refund

Write to us using the details below, with your name and what you paid for. We will confirm in writing whether a refund or credit applies, and pay any refund back the way you paid: to your Mobile Money wallet, bank account or card.
