Each person gets one free consultation. If you would like another call later, you can book a paid follow-up consultation.

If you miss your call, we send you one new booking link, free of charge. After a second missed call, a further consultation is a paid follow-up.

No. Application, test and visa fees are paid separately, directly to the university, testing body or embassy.

You pay by mobile money or bank transfer, using the details your adviser gives you. Your invoices appear in your Pathway account, and a parent or sponsor can pay them for you.

For packages, refunds follow section 6 of the engagement agreement, summarised in our refund policy. A paid follow-up consultation or one-off session is non-refundable once paid, but you can reschedule it once, free of charge, with at least 24 hours' notice.

Yes. You invite them from your account and choose what each person can see. A sponsor can view and pay invoices without seeing your private messages.

Yes, with a parent or guardian, who also accepts our engagement agreement.

Your results (such as WASSCE or your degree), transcripts, passport, a CV if you have worked, and any test scores you have. You upload them once to your Pathway account, and we check each one and tell you exactly what is missing.

No. We do not collect financial documents. Bank statements and other proof of funds go from you or your sponsor directly to the university and the embassy.

Your free consultation is not recorded. Calls with your adviser after you join are recorded by default for quality and record-keeping, and the recordings are deleted after 12 months. You can ask for recording to be turned off before a call begins.

No. No adviser can guarantee admission, a scholarship or a visa: universities, funders and governments decide. What we promise is a shortlist matched to verified requirements, complete applications submitted on time, and thorough preparation for your visa interview.
