For parents and sponsors
Studying abroad is a family decision. Your family can follow along.
Parents, spouses, guardians and sponsors often pay for and worry about this journey as much as the student. Pathway gives them their own view of it, with the access the student chooses.
Three levels of access
The student invites each family member from their account and picks what that person can see.
Progress only
Sees the student's stage and upcoming deadlines. Good for a parent who wants to know things are on track.
Finance
Also sees invoices and receipts, and can pay them. Good for a sponsor who is paying for the package.
Proxy
Full view, to help with documents, the shortlist and calls. A proxy can approve the shortlist with the student.
What a sponsor never sees
A sponsor with finance access can pay invoices and follow the student's progress without reading the student's private messages with their adviser.
Paying as a parent or sponsor
The person paying does not have to be the student. A family member with finance access sees each invoice in their own sign-in and pays by mobile money or bank transfer, using the details the adviser gives, and sees what has been paid.
Students under 18
A student under 18 uses Pathway with a parent or guardian, who also accepts our engagement agreement.
