Universities, funders and governments decide admissions, scholarships and visas; no adviser can guarantee them. Application, test and visa fees are paid separately.

How much does it cost?

After your consultation you receive a clear price for the package that fits you. Our packages page shows what each package includes.

What is the difference between Essentials, Focus and Bespoke?

Essentials is core support for organised applicants with a clear plan. Focus is full support from shortlist to visa, with more schools and more coaching. Bespoke includes every service we offer, with priority access to the founders. After your consultation, your adviser recommends the one that fits you.

When do I choose my package?

After your consultation. Your adviser recommends the package that fits you, and you confirm your choice in your commitment pack. You can change it until your first invoice is issued.

Are application, test and visa fees included?

No. Application, test and visa fees are paid separately, directly to the university, testing body or embassy.

How do I pay?

You pay by mobile money or bank transfer, using the details your adviser gives you. Your invoices appear in your Pathway account, and a parent or sponsor can pay them for you.

Can I get a refund?

For packages, refunds follow section 6 of the engagement agreement, summarised in our refund policy. A paid follow-up consultation or one-off session is non-refundable once paid, but you can reschedule it once, free of charge, with at least 24 hours' notice.
